I forgot my password



No problem, that happens to all of us all the time.
On the bottom of the login page, you should see a "Forgot your password?" option. Click on this. You will then be prompted to enter your email details. An automatic email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Check your junk folder if you can't find the email.

That's it! Easy peasy.

Where can I find the courses?



Once logged in, on the right side of your main page you will see "Course Catalogue" (see picture). When you click on it, you will be able to access all the courses, read the abstracts and start the courses you are interested in. You can then search courses by category of topics or by keywords.

Another option before you log in is to look at the very top of this page. You should see "Course Catalogue".

Or you can use the shortcut below. ;)

Where can I find my certificates?



Once logged into your account you will be able to see all your certificates. At the very top, you should see your name and next to it "Learner". When you hover over it, a drop-down menu will appear. Click on "My Certificates".

A page will open with all your certificates, including information about when you completed the course, when the certificate will expire and an option to download your certificate or to share it to LinkedIn.

The course is not loading

I see an incomplete button and nothing else

Are you an Internet Explorer user?

Microsoft has stopped supporting Internet Explorer and the browser is now obsolete. Moving forward you will have difficulties accessing any website using Internet Explorer. For security reasons as well, please install Microsoft Edge instead. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge

  1. Go to Settings. Select Browsing privacy. And finally select Smart Anti Tracking.
  2. Then select 'Never'.
  3. Once this done, please log back into your training account and resume the course. It should load smoothly.

To fix this issue you will need to:
  1. check your cookies settings: make sure to disable 'prevent cross tracking' and 'block all cookies'
  2. clear your cookies and cache
  3. check that you have the latest iOS update on your device. Go to Settings, then 'Software update', if your device needs updating it will be indicated there.
Once you followed these steps, close Safari and log back into your training account.

Another option if you are using a Mac computer is to switch from Safari to Chrome.
